## Get help

- **In-app chat** - open any page of the app in your Shopify admin and use the chat bubble in the corner. It keeps the conversation tied to your store.
- **Report a bug** - use [Report a bug](https://docs.workflow-suite.app/help/report-a-bug.md). Attach screenshots or the run's details and we can trace it end to end.
- **Request a feature** - use [Request a feature](https://docs.workflow-suite.app/help/request-a-feature.md).

## What to include

A few details let us follow a run from its trigger through every step:

1. Your **store domain**.
2. The **workflow's name**, exactly as it appears in the app.
3. How the run was started: by its **trigger**, with **Run now**, as a **Test**, or over the **API**.
4. An approximate **time** of the run you expected to work.
5. What the **run history** showed: the status, the step that failed and its error. See [Run history and troubleshooting](https://docs.workflow-suite.app/run-history-and-troubleshooting.md).

Never send a secret's value, an API key or an incoming-webhook URL. A secret's name is enough.
