Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the websites operated by Code Creation Labs GmbH, Friedensstr. 1, 47647 Kerken, Germany: our documentation and help centers, our app landing pages, our public status pages and our newsletter (together, the "Websites"). The Shopify apps we publish are licensed under their own terms, which you accept when installing an app; those terms take precedence for the apps themselves.

2. Content

The Websites provide documentation, product information, changelogs, roadmaps and status information about our apps. We keep this content accurate and current to the best of our ability, but it is provided for information only. Roadmap items are plans, not commitments, and status pages reflect our monitoring at the time shown; neither creates a contractual obligation.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Websites for their intended purpose. You must not interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape them in a way that degrades the service for others, or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content through forms, chat or roadmap suggestions. We may remove submissions and block access where these rules are broken.

4. Roadmap suggestions and feedback

If you submit a suggestion, vote or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve our products, without any obligation to implement it or to credit you.

5. Machine-readable content

Every public page is also available as Markdown (append .md to its address) for use by AI assistants and other tools. You may use that content to answer questions about our products. Republishing it as your own is not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

The Websites, their design and content, and our app names and logos are protected by copyright and trademark law and remain our property or that of our licensors. Documentation may be quoted with attribution.

7. Third-party links and services

The Websites link to third-party sites and services, including the Shopify App Store. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Websites available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Websites at any time.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty, and then only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of use. Any further liability is excluded. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page and applies from the date of publication.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the courts of Kleve, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
